Empress's Blessing | Passive | Progress other Cygnus Knight characters to Lv. 5 or higher to add 1 Skill Point. Only the strongest Blessing skill will take effect (either the Blessing of the Fairy or the Empress's Blessing). Can reach a maximum level of 30 based on your other Cygnus Knight's Noble Mind skill. |
